The STAT!-Ref¬ Tour is too large to fit on an 800K floppy disk, so it is provided in a packed format using the Stuffit¬ utility. Therefore, you must first unpack the Tour. Please note you must have a hard disk with at least 1.5 MB of free space. It takes about 3 minutes to unpack the Tour. The Tour itself runs for about 15 minutes.

  11. To unpack the STAT!-Ref¬ Tour follow these simple steps...

  13.             1. Double-click on the "STAT!-Ref¬ Tour.sit" icon.

  15.             2. A dialog box will appear asking you where to put the unpacked STAT!-Ref¬ Tour.

  17.             3. Click on the drive button to select your hard drive and then click on OK.

  19.             4. Eject the Tour Installer disk.

  21.             5. Double-click on the "STAT!-Ref¬ Tour" icon on your hard disk to view the tour.

The STAT!-Ref¬ Tour uses Farallon's MediaTracks¬ to run the Tour. A small control panel will appear near the bottom left of your screen. It contains various buttons to control the execution of the Tour. The Pause button will interrupt the Tour until you press the Pause button again. The Stop button will exit the Tour. The Hide button will condense the control panel into a small icon at the bottom left of your screen (useful for small Mac screens). Clicking on this small icon will enlarge the control panel to its original size.
